Lead the CMA CGM Germany Cluster Maritime and Port Operations strategy in close collaboration with the General Manager
Plan and define short-, medium
and long-term objectives for the operations teams
Optimise processes to improve the efficiency of the business/cluster, ensuring predefined key performance indicators are met
Ensure the efficiency and security of Group assets
Identify and develop landside projects aligned with the Company’s overall German Cluster growth strategy
Mentor, coach and develop Operations Managers and internal talent
Promote a culture of high performance among Operations employees
Ensure effective cross-functional relationships with the executive leadership team

Proven operational/industry experience at a senior level, minimum 6 years
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in German and strong English language skills
Proven leadership track record in cross-functional or regional positions (international experience advantageous)
Project management expertise with a proven record of timely delivery
Highly developed problem identification and solving skills to ensure optimal solutions
Strong decision-making and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive outcomes and influence key stakeholders
Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to build, develop and lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of performance and accountability
