Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare commercial experience.
Sales or marketing experience preferred.
Significant experience in sales operations, marketing operations, commercial analytics, business planning, or related commercial functions.
Demonstrated success supporting commercial organizations and driving business performance improvements.
Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
