About this role
Role Overview
- You develop, implement, and manage social media and content strategies for our clients, primarily in the B2B sector
- You plan social media content — tailored to the appropriate platform — and execute it together with our graphics team
- You handle the operational management of social media channels (content creation, issue management)
- You take on community management as well as monitoring and reporting on campaign results
- You are responsible for editorial planning
- You identify and leverage current or emerging trends to adapt them for our clients
- You identify potential opportunities for our clients
- You proactively advise and support clients
- You ensure our clients’ quality standards and brand-compliant presence on social media
Requirements
- You hold a degree in communication, marketing, business, or a comparable qualification
- You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an agency environment
- You have professional experience in B2B communication
- You have a strong affinity for integrating text, imagery, and content
- You are familiar with all major social networks and are active on them
- You have a strong interest in real estate and/or finance topics
- You can quickly and efficiently familiarize yourself with different topics and subject areas
- You are reliable, independent, and possess analytical thinking and action
- You demonstrate strong team spirit and a high level of commitment
- You have very good MS Office and English skills
- You have excellent and persuasive written and verbal communication skills
