Licensed Mental Health Therapist, LCSW, LPC

Role Overview

• You'll carry a caseload of 15–22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy via telehealth.
• Most of our clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM), with weekend availability a plus.
• You build the schedule. We handle the referrals and admin.
• Conduct assessments and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together.
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR.
• Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room.

Requirements

• Active Arizona license: LPC, LMFT or LCSW
• Experience with children, teens, and families (or a strong interest in this population)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred
• Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
