You'll carry a caseload of 25–36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth.
Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together
Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room
Requirements
Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling.
Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C
Experience with children, teens, and families
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Strong technological skills and learning new systems, including Zoom, GSuite (Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.), electronic health record systems, and other collaboration tools
Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred
Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
