Acting in a support role to Solutions Consultants, responsible for introducing product offerings throughout the entire sales process to established accounts.
Build long-term consultative relationships with current customers to expand services and improve results.
Quote and process orders for high end solutions like phone systems, network and servers, virtualization, etc.
Work closely with vendors/manufacturers to negotiate discounts and proper pricing.
Manage all aspects of the sales, service, and support cycles from beginning to end to ensure delivery and installation as expected.
Provide post-install support including follow up with customer to ensure concerns are covered and registrations are recorded for future tracking.
Achieve individual sales goals and expected monthly sales goals.
Maximize existing client business relationships as the main point of contact for all assigned customers.
Act as the liaison between Accounting and Solutions Consultants for collection issues and any other problems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in an Inside Sales/Account Specialist role in an IT related field
High level of attention to detail, an aptitude to learn, the ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects
Must be proficient using a computer and working with Microsoft Office software
Ability to prospect, assess needs, overcome objections, and close sales via the telephone as well as in person
Cisco Blackbelt and/or Microsoft AZ-900 Certifications
