Help lead the sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of investments for affordable and attainable housing.
Drive new deal flow through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and direct owner engagement.
Maintain a pipeline of attainable housing opportunities.
Lead underwriting of potential investments including financial modeling and market analysis.
Monitor and manage portfolio investments including performance tracking and reporting.
Support capital raising and prepare investment materials for individual deals.

Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, or relevant field.
5+ years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, development, or finance.
Experience with market rate housing or affordable housing financing structure is a plus.
