Assist in developing and implementing innovative programs to onboard, train, mentor, develop, engage, and retain the colleges collaborators
Provide consultation and support services in curriculum delivery, strategies, assessment, and technology
Facilitate faculty development and enhancement of teaching skills and knowledge
Design and implement programs to ensure institutional compliance with policies and best practices
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Identify training needs and coordinate with subject matter experts
Analyze problems/issues of diverse scope and determine solutions
Provide support for existing online faculty and professional development offerings
Maintain records to track and monitor faculty progress and participation

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced development and facilitation of a variety of instructional experiences
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and cooperatively as a member of a team
Experience working with faculty members in career development activities
Experience with faculty development in a higher education setting
Building courses in a learning management system (LMS)
Masters degree or above in related field.
