Role Overview
- Lead the deployment and sustained adoption of P2 process across all U.S. business entities
- Ensure teams clearly understand roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities in contract execution
- Drive achievement of contract performance objectives across all projects
- Lead a proactive approach to identifying, managing, and mitigating risks associated with contract execution
- Accelerate backlog conversion into revenue through disciplined project start-up and execution
- Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and delivery teams
- Ensure consistent, high-quality client delivery aligned with contractual commitments
- Drive adoption of Oracle Project Portfolio Management in support of P2
- Champion the use of Bentley ProjectWise as the standard platform for document management, collaboration, and project information control
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in project delivery within the A/E/C or infrastructure industry
- Proven leadership experience overseeing large, multidisciplinary project portfolios
- Experience with complex delivery models (design-build, P3, progressive delivery)
