You primarily visit trade partners and larger end users, building and strengthening new and existing relationships
You follow a structured sales process, including lead follow-up
You identify and pursue new business opportunities through new customer acquisition and networking
You provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries
You demonstrate and communicate in-depth expertise in Fieldpiece products and solutions
You use a CRM system to track your sales opportunities
You monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform the company’s future strategic direction
You participate in business and industry events
You contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and the customer experience

Experience in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning (HVAC) industry, the tools sector, or the construction trade
At least 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment
Consistent track record of meeting sales targets
Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and communication
High self-motivation and personal accountability for business goals
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good presentation skills at all customer levels
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Strong intercultural sensitivity
High willingness to provide on-site customer support and field visits
