About this role
Role Overview
Own the services pipeline: identify, qualify, and shape service opportunities across new logos and existing accounts
Partner with European AEs to position services as value accelerators
Design scalable service offerings based on complex client needs
Lead documentation transitions from pre-sales to delivery
Contribute directly to Ardoq’s services strategy and evolve the portfolio based on market insight
Maintain a reliable forecast of services bookings
Requirements
Commercial sharpness with genuine intellectual curiosity
Experience in professional services, pre-sales, or a commercial role within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
Ability to qualify opportunities and scope tightly
Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders (CIOs, EAs, programme leads)
Comfort with ambiguity and using CRM systems
Ability to transform vague client briefs into clear proposals
Familiarity with enterprise transformation and legacy complexity
