Customer support via incoming phone calls, emails and chat – analysing problems and solving customer cases quickly, clearly and effectively, from simple to more complex issues
Upselling – in each call you will carry out a needs analysis and inform all customers about current campaigns
You will work towards set goals, assessed on call time, customer satisfaction and sales targets
During the recruitment process we carry out mandatory background checks on all candidates
Requirements
Is at least 18 years old
Is fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and has good English skills
Has basic computer knowledge
Is service-minded, professional and thorough, while also responsible, goal-oriented, stress-resilient and enjoys problem solving
Is flexible, available and ready to work here for at least 12 months
