Play a key role in shaping and enhancing one of our most important business platforms.
Responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of our Salesforce platform, with a particular focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Work closely with stakeholders from across the university to understand business needs.
Deliver innovative solutions, improve user adoption, and ensure the platform remains stable, secure, and fit for the future.
Contribute to enhancing data quality, streamlining business processes, and delivering new functionality that enables colleagues to work more efficiently and effectively.
Take a leading role in delivering our Salesforce roadmap, championing a configuration-first approach and helping to maximise the value of our investment in Salesforce.
Work collaboratively with the wider Business Systems team, influencing platform design, support complex business requirements, and drive continuous improvement across our Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements
Significant hands-on experience in similar or related roles, including issue escalation and platform ownership.
4+ years administering Salesforce in a complex organisation.
