HR Operations Associate

Role Overview

• As the HR Operations Associate, you will be learning the HR operations BPO services for our newly created SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service organization.
• This role includes delivery assurance with high quality operational support across, but not limited to, time management, benefits management, pensions, insurances and garnishments.
• You will be comprehending the delivery of HR services to our customers, ensuring the effective execution of tasks within the team.
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processing and contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of HR services to our clients.
• You will also assist with simple client inquiries.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in BPO outsourcing within an enterprise business outsourcing environment.
• Basic experience with calculations, data processing and administrative tasks.
• Knowledge with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet client needs efficiently.
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks for the team effectively, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Good problem-solving and resolution skills.
• High attention to details and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop payroll expertise.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written), fluent in English and local language.
