As the HR Operations Associate, you will be learning the HR operations BPO services for our newly created SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service organization.
This role includes delivery assurance with high quality operational support across, but not limited to, time management, benefits management, pensions, insurances and garnishments.
You will be comprehending the delivery of HR services to our customers, ensuring the effective execution of tasks within the team.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processing and contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of HR services to our clients.
You will also assist with simple client inquiries.
Requirements
0-1 years of experience in BPO outsourcing within an enterprise business outsourcing environment.
Basic experience with calculations, data processing and administrative tasks.
Knowledge with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet client needs efficiently.
Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks for the team effectively, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Good problem-solving and resolution skills.
High attention to details and strong organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and develop payroll expertise.
Good communication skills (both verbal and written), fluent in English and local language.
