Lead end-to-end analytics implementations: GA4, Google Tag Manager
Design and build reporting and dashboards
Develop attribution models and measurement frameworks
Serve as the analytics authority on client calls
Partner with GEO, SEO, content, affiliate, paid social and PR teams
Ensure privacy and consent compliance across implementations
Set the standards, processes, and deliverable templates for a scalable Analytics practice
Scope and price new analytics engagements alongside the Growth team
Use our Analytics infrastructure with historical data to help develop differentiated content strategies

7–10 years in marketing or web analytics, with a mix of agency and/or in-house experience
Dedicated experience using AI to build analytics dashboards/scaled recommendations
Deep, hands-on GA4 and GTM expertise
Strong SQL and experience with BigQuery and BI/visualization tools
Proven attribution modeling and measurement strategy chops
Demonstrated client-facing presence
Ability to translate technical data into clear, strategic recommendations
Familiarity with privacy regulations and consent management
