Act as the technical reference during pre-sales, supporting commercial teams in identifying opportunities and designing solutions aligned with customer needs;
Gather technical and business requirements by conducting workshops, discovery meetings and environment assessments;
Design monitoring, observability and IT management architectures for on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments;
Prepare technical proposals, executive presentations, product demonstrations (PoCs) and proofs of value (PoVs);
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions aligned with industry best practices;
Define implementation, integration and roadmap strategies for monitoring and observability platforms;
Support RFP, RFQ and RFI processes by preparing technical documentation and responding to assessment questionnaires;
Collaborate with vendors, partners and internal teams to build high-value solutions;
Present architectures, roadmaps and solution benefits to technical and executive audiences;
Monitor market trends, new technologies and digital transformation strategies related to observability, AIOps and IT operations;
Identify cross-sell opportunities with Yssy’s other BUs (Cybersecurity, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & AI)

Consultative profile with strategic vision, excellent communication and strong client relationship skills;
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields;
Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture or technical consulting;
Strong knowledge of enterprise monitoring and observability platforms;
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, Windows and Linux operating systems, applications and cloud environments;
Ability to deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and executive briefings;
Experience preparing technical proposals, architecture diagrams and solution documentation;
Experience with integrations using REST APIs, automation and IT management tools.
Knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI Architectures;
Intermediate to advanced English
