Role Overview
- Influencing, managing, and leading a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their desired outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team
- Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies and building strong customer relationships
- Knowledge of market analysis and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
