Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Must have a medical assistant diploma or 2 years of medical assistant experience or be a certified MA with 2 years of medical assistant experience, to qualify
Phlebotomy skills are preferred
