Role Overview
- Modern Family Law seeks a Senior Product Designer for its client-facing legal technology platform.
- Improve user experience, workflow optimization, and product design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction points.
- Design new product features and improve existing workflows.
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system.
- Define UX success metrics and drive design decisions using data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field.
- Experience designing SaaS or web-based applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and workflow optimization.
- Expertise in user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and usability principles.
- Experience designing for complex, multi-step workflows.
