Responsible for assessing, designing, developing and evaluating Nursing and Clinical programs, training programs.
Ensures competency and education of all clinical areas of the organization.
Provides internal consultation to management and work groups related to clinical education.
Conducts systematic and ongoing learning needs assessments of individuals and/or groups.
Develops educational programs for clinical staff at all stages of their career development.
Collaborates with inter-professional teams to facilitate nursing practice and positive outcomes for consumers.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Current West Virginia Nursing License, license eligible or ability to obtain licensure within 60 days of hire.
Must obtain a minimum of one (1) American Heart Association Instructor Status (BLS, ACLS, and PALS) within one (1) year of hire.
Five (5) years nursing experience.
Master’s Degree in Nursing or Related field is preferred.
Certification in Nursing Professional development or specialty is preferred.
One (1) year of experience with teaching/learning methodologies is preferred.
