3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing
Demonstrated experience developing marketing and content strategies, not just creating content
Strong copywriting skills for social media, blog articles, email marketing, and promotional campaigns
Experience creating social media content and editing engaging short-form videos
Experience with Canva and other modern content creation tools
Comfortable analyzing marketing performance and making strategic recommendations based on data
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
Self motivated with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Excited to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, creativity, and marketing workflows
Highly Preferred: Experience working with wellness, healthcare, fitness, hospitality, coaching, or other service based businesses
Experience with GoHighLevel, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Metricool, Buffer, or similar marketing platforms
