Business Analyst IV

Role Overview

• Drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional teams
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Review project artifacts to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Identify, sequence, create, and maintain Epics throughout their lifecycle
• Lead teams in complex requirements elicitation efforts
• Ensure comprehensive requirements documentation and traceability
• Oversee Epic and Features throughout their lifecycle for high-impact projects
• Champion initiatives for process improvement and innovation
• Collaborate with executive leadership and other departments
• Prepare and present detailed reports to executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in requirements management
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, Service Now, JIRA, Modern Requirements or equivalent suite of business requirements management tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Visio
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Extensive knowledge of IT development cycle, and Agile Framework
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
