Develop, maintain, and collect structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting
Create reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business objectives
Build member-level predictive models, developing segmentation strategies, and evaluating the impact of Stars Population Health initiatives on performance
Deep dive into membership data to understand, model, and segment members for outreach and initiatives as well as support the efforts to increase the number of members having an Annual Preventive Visit
Partner closely with Stars business leaders, Population Health stakeholders, and analytics teammates to connect Population Health strategies to broader Stars measures priorities

Master's Degree and 4 years of experience
2 or more years project leadership experience
Experience in healthcare analytics
Proficiency with Python, PySpark, and SQL
Experience working with large datasets in a cloud-based analytics environment
Experience using mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to transform high volumes of complex data into advanced analytic solutions
Experience developing structured and unstructured data sets for analysis
Experience creating reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business
