Implement applications following 12-factor principles to build out the product and iterative enhancements
Own the full stack of software products, developing and implementing frontends (web or mobile), and backend services
Leverage test driven development and continuous integration to ensure agility and quality of products
Actively participate in the decision-making process of the team ensuring that the simplest appropriate technology and design is chosen to meet user needs
Provide input into the architecture and design of the product; collaborating with the team in solving problems the right way
Practices daily paired programming and test-driven development in writing software and building product
Participate in executing the strategy, keeping the customer needs and wants in mind
Serve as an expert on a specific business domain and demonstrate leadership and accountability on at least one technology stack
Coach more junior team members around different technologies and XP practices
Establish continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices
Provide support for software products in user environments
Lead and participate in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups
Participate in retrospectives to gather feedback and derive actionable items to improve the team and the product
Participate in iteration planning meetings ensuring that the team has a common understanding of each story and chores in a team’s backlog

4+ years of hands-on programming experience on Angular, CSS 3 / HTML, TypeScript, JavaScript, ES6, NodeJS, Angular Material / Bootstrap + Prime NG, Storybook, Launch Darkly, Amplitude, Qualtrics or similar frameworks
8+ years of experience in Java Core, Spring Boot, Kafka, Junit, Swagger
8+ years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Informatica (Not Mandatory)
7+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD delivery methodology, technologies, and familiar with tools like Version control: Preferably Git or similar CI: Preferably Jenkins or similar Static code analysis: Preferably SonarQube or similar Cyber Security: Preferably Veracode or similar QA: TestRail, Coda, Postman or similar Reporting: Preferably Tableau or similar Debugging: Preferably PagerDuty, Splunk, Postman or similar
7+ years of experience with cloud technology using AWS services/or any other equivalent cloud services
