Support Facilities Supply Chain operations, program management initiatives, and data analytics
Assist with supply chain process improvements focused on efficiency, cost management, and operational reliability
Partner with internal teams to identify demand requirements, track deliverables, and execute supply strategies
Document workflows, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics
Support cross-functional programs and operational improvement initiatives
Maintain project schedules, action trackers, dashboards, and status reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and gaps
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for better decision-making
Develop documentation, training materials, and communication tools

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to organize information and manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau or other visualization tools
Familiarity with SQL or database concepts
Understanding of process mapping and continuous improvement methods
Proficiency with project management tools
Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and inventory management
Familiarity with operational metrics/KPIs
