HR Business Partner

Role Overview

• The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is an integral member of the Talent Management Team.
• Support operational goals by anticipating the needs of the organization, through intentional partnership.
• Counsel People Leaders on effective leadership and team member engagement.
• Advise on performance management and terminations.
• Own maintenance and execution of the company’s LMS Platform via Paycom.
• Conduct Talent Reviews with People Leaders and assist in creating action plans.
• Host quarterly roundtables to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Share trends with Operational Leadership to address opportunities.
• Respond to unemployment claims as needed.
• Collaborate with the Total Rewards team for benefits and payroll questions.
• Collaborate with Recruitment to identify retention and engagement concerns.
• Lead training and onboarding presentations for new team members and People Leaders.
• Support the Annual Performance Review process by coaching and guiding managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years progressive HR experience required.
• Current human resources certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory on a weekly basis.
• LMS experience required. Paycom experience preferred.
