About this role
Role Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is an integral member of the Talent Management Team.
Support operational goals by anticipating the needs of the organization, through intentional partnership.
Counsel People Leaders on effective leadership and team member engagement.
Advise on performance management and terminations.
Own maintenance and execution of the company’s LMS Platform via Paycom.
Conduct Talent Reviews with People Leaders and assist in creating action plans.
Host quarterly roundtables to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Share trends with Operational Leadership to address opportunities.
Respond to unemployment claims as needed.
Collaborate with the Total Rewards team for benefits and payroll questions.
Collaborate with Recruitment to identify retention and engagement concerns.
Lead training and onboarding presentations for new team members and People Leaders.
Support the Annual Performance Review process by coaching and guiding managers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
5 years progressive HR experience required.
Current human resources certification preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with stakeholders.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory on a weekly basis.
LMS experience required. Paycom experience preferred.
