Role Overview
- Provide strategic direction and leadership of global development programs
- Accountable for program budget and deliverables
- Ensure high performance team effectiveness
- Review development plans across product lifecycle
- Collaborate with core team members for knowledge-sharing
Requirements
- Advanced life-science degree (MD, PhD or PharmD)
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in drug development
- Demonstrated experience leading the development of at least one development candidate
- Solid understand of CMC, pharmacology, toxicology, and PK
- Excellent understanding of regulatory processes
- Ability to assimilate data and analyze complex situations.
- Experience leading preparation of PMDA/EMA/FDA milestone meetings
