3+ years building modern, responsive web user interfaces
Strong vanilla JavaScript fundamentals, plus working proficiency with React/Next
Expertise in modern CSS/SCSS best practices (semantic, maintainable, accessible)
Comfortable building from Figma — interpreting design files, components, tokens, and specs
Familiar with modern animation libraries
Familiar with modern front-end build/bundling tooling (e.g. Vite, esbuild, Webpack)
Working knowledge of git
Hands-on experience with one or more of Contentful, Drupal, or WordPress
Knowledge of PHP
Comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude) to debug and scaffold
