Together with your team, you develop social media strategies and provide comprehensive advice directly to our clients on all questions related to social media.
You create audience-targeted posts, stories and campaigns for various social media channels (LinkedIn and Meta).
Your focus is on social media campaigns: you analyze, evaluate and monitor campaign data, prepare reports and derive optimization measures to continuously improve clients' KPIs.
Structured work with editorial calendars and fixed schedules is part of your everyday routine.
You work closely with our internal experts in campaign management, technical editing, public relations, design and video production.
You have a feel for trends and platforms and conduct in-depth competitor analyses from which you derive concrete recommendations.
Requirements
You hold a degree or completed commercial vocational training and have already gained professional experience in marketing.
You have held a comparable role in social media, including a focus on social paid, and bring several years of experience with LinkedIn and Meta.
You have a strong sense of storytelling and the ability to engage people emotionally.
Your working style is careful, independent and well-structured.
You are enthusiastic about technical topics and enjoy providing tailored advice to a variety of clients.
Your open and positive manner makes it easy for you to adapt to different interlocutors and convince them of your ideas – working in English is not an issue for you.
