Support account executives in pre-sales engagements, ensuring technical alignment before formal scoping
Stay current on security operations trends, emerging platforms, and competitive positioning
Collaborate with delivery architects to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation
Requirements
Technically credible — you understand how SIEM/SOAR/detection-as-code ecosystems work at a fundamental level
Approachable and articulate — you can explain complex topics in accessible terms without being condescending or overconfident
Customer-focused — you listen well, ask the right questions, and build trust quickly
Curious and adaptable — you're comfortable learning new platforms (e.g., Snowflake) as customer demand evolves
Experience in security operations, consulting, or pre-sales engineering preferred
No deep implementation expertise required — we value breadth, communication, and judgment over hands-on keyboard skills
