Coordinate workload requirements and work scheduling with the teams
Coordinate all activities of direct reports and provide the resources needed to achieve team objectives
Provide technical leadership to the teams
Maintain training plans (e.g., job-related, ISO, QA, certifications, etc.) and ensure employee certifications and training requirements are up to date for each role
Optimize strategies and approaches for lifecycle management, field reliability, customer issues, and product improvements
Improve processes and standards
Requirements
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or an equivalent technical qualification
Minimum three years of relevant professional experience
Basic knowledge of Six Sigma processes
Ability to apply Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement and operational efficiency in production
Knowledge of production and automation technology
Experience with shift systems and shift planning
Extensive experience in people leadership
