Revenue responsibility for your defined sales territory
Management, expansion and securing of existing ZOLL hospital accounts
Active business development in non‑ZOLL hospitals (hunter activities)
Managing complex sales processes for capital‑intensive medical technology (defibrillators)
Identifying decision‑makers and influencers (nursing, physicians, procurement, management)
Clinically grounded product demonstrations and clear articulation of added value
Leading negotiations through to contract signature
Implementing national sales strategies at territory level
Consistent maintenance of pipeline, forecasts and activities in Salesforce
Close collaboration with Marketing, Service and technical specialists
Requirements
Completed professional training and several years of experience in intensive or acute nursing
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, especially in critical care situations
Demonstrable interest in sales, business development and responsibility for deal closure
Ability to translate clinical arguments into economic purchasing decisions
Assertiveness, negotiation confidence and a strong closing orientation
Independent, results‑oriented working style in the field
Sales experience in the MedTech or pharmaceutical environment is an advantage but not mandatory — the decisive factor is the motivation to succeed in sales
Good command of English
High willingness to travel within Northern Germany
Driving licence class B (car)
