Act as a key Finance contact for assigned stakeholders, managing the entire profit and loss (P&L) for their area of business.
Analyze monthly and quarterly actuals, as well as budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc project work.
Engage with MI owners to create or obtain the necessary information to support and challenge business teams.
Align decision making with the Group’s financial objectives, long-term value maximisation and strategic priorities.
Requirements
You’ll be a commercially minded, qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) finance professional with experience in the Insurance industry who enjoys working close to the business and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
You’ll be comfortable interpreting financial and operational information, translating it into clear insight and using it to challenge thinking, influence decisions and support long-term value creation.
You’ll bring strong analytical skills, a proactive approach and the confidence to work with stakeholders at different levels, including senior leadership.
You’ll be someone who can balance detail with the bigger picture, explain financial performance in a simple and compelling way, and provide constructive challenge while remaining collaborative and pragmatic.
