You advise customers on economic and technical aspects when building new business models based on renewable energy, such as tenant electricity (Mieterstrom), shared building energy supply, and PPAs (power purchase agreements).
You coordinate onboarding of new customers onto the Solarize platform, from kick-off to go-live.
You manage the integration of Solarize into our customers' existing systems (ERP, CRM, customer portals).
You enable our customers to participate in energy market processes — in coordination with grid operators, suppliers, and meter operators.
You keep the various project stakeholders aligned and ensure everyone works toward the same goals.
You contribute to the development of innovative solutions related to renewable energy.

You take ownership of your projects and drive them to completion in a structured way without needing someone to prompt you.
You are confident in customer-facing situations and maintain oversight even when coordinating multiple stakeholders.
You are familiar with energy market processes or have the ambition to learn them quickly.
You have a genuine affinity for renewable energy and sustainability topics.
You work proficiently with tools such as Miro, Asana, Google Workspace, and Atlassian (or equivalent).
AI-fluent: You use AI not just for chatting, but build your own automations and agents with tools such as n8n, Gemini, and Claude.
International work experience is a big plus.
You speak German fluently (at least C1).
