You independently prepare the monthly payroll for your assigned clients and meticulously maintain all relevant employee master data.
You calculate allowances, special payments, bonuses and vacation entitlements, and you process hires, terminations and contract changes in a legally compliant manner.
You manage timely correspondence with social security institutions, tax offices and authorities, and you provide professional support during payroll tax and social security audits.
You act as the knowledgeable first point of contact for our clients on matters of payroll tax and social security law.
You actively contribute to the development and digitalization of our payroll processes and ensure that all procedures meet compliance and data protection requirements.

Successfully completed commercial or tax-related training (ideally with a focus on payroll & wages).
At least 1–3 years of solid professional experience in German payroll accounting (ideally in a multi-client environment or a firm).
Strong knowledge of payroll tax and social security law and confident handling of common payroll concepts (e.g., taxable benefits, wage types).
Practical experience with DATEV LODAS (or a comparable payroll system) and a confident user of MS Office.
Fluent German (at least C1) for professional client advisory and communication with authorities.
You are highly reliable, detail-oriented and conscientious. Even during busy periods you remain calm, present yourself professionally and proactively engage with the team.
