Role Overview
Own your desk like a business: You’ll manage your pipeline end-to-end response time, follow-ups, conversion, margin, and booked revenue.
Move fast on warm inbound leads: Contact customers within minutes, control the call, qualify quickly, and keep momentum high.
Run live reverse auctions: Engage multiple transport partners to compete for the job and secure the best viable rate.
Negotiate with confidence: Balance customer value and supplier pricing while protecting margin and booking quality.
Convert with discipline: Drive every enquiry to a clear outcome, booked, timed follow-up, or closed out properly.
Upsell value where it matters: Add services that genuinely improve the customer outcome and increase booking value.
Track your numbers daily: You’ll manage activity → conversion → revenue and know exactly what lever to pull to win more.
Requirements
Proven success in a high-performance, target-driven sales environment
Strong negotiation ability and commercial instinct (margin mindset)
You’re a strong communicator who can build rapport quickly.
Comfort handling objections, controlling calls, and closing confidently
Excellent pipeline discipline and follow-up execution
You bring enthusiasm, resilience, and the hunger to succeed.
You pay attention to detail and learn fast.
You thrive in a buzzing, supportive sales floor.
You speak and write both German fluently alongside Spanish and English.
