You support our clients in optimizing and digitizing their processes, with a focus on our solutions within the core banking system. The emphasis is on the application of Financial Lighthouse.
You are involved from analyzing existing processes to implementing new solutions and drive projects forward independently.
You train bank employees in the use of Financial Lighthouse and share your knowledge in workshops and training sessions.
You work closely with senior managers from the front office and back office of banks and expand your professional network.
You enjoy travelling to client sites across Germany on approximately 130 days per year.
Requirements
You have a completed degree in business administration and several years of relevant professional experience in banking (2 to 6 years), or a completed apprenticeship as a bank clerk with long-standing relevant professional experience (more than 6 years), or a comparable qualification.
You bring initial experience with Financial Lighthouse and familiarity with bank organizational structures.
You demonstrate a strong willingness to work independently and a continuous desire to learn.
An above-average level of personal commitment is a matter of course for you.
You have negotiation-level German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2 level).
You impress with strong communication and conflict-management skills as well as good cooperation with external parties.
