Requirements
7+ years in commercial software development, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Deep knowledge of .NET/C# and modern frameworks.
Proficiency with web technologies (TypeScript, React)
Hands-on experience building AI Agents using orchestration frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework).
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, prompt engineering techniques and Generative AI Evals
Solid experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
Understanding and practical use of DevOps/GitOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform), and modern deployment strategies.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in Agile environments.
Ability to drive discovery: problem framing, rapid prototyping, iterative scope refinement.
