Several years of agency experience in concept development, consulting or a comparable hybrid role
Experience managing projects in a structured way without bloating processes unnecessarily
A strong feel for brands, design quality and effective communication
Confident use of AI tools in everyday work
Experience developing marketing communications
Good digital understanding of websites, campaigns, funnels, automations and analytics
Solid online marketing knowledge in areas such as SEO, SEA, social and retargeting
An independent working style and willingness to take responsibility and drive topics forward proactively
