Role Overview
- Develop and manage your territory by:
- Increasing the number of active retail locations
- Building strong business relationships with clients
- Ensuring in-store execution aligned with strategies (promotions, agreements, planograms)
- Supporting in-store merchandising activities
- Installing and maintaining point-of-sale/point-of-purchase materials (POS/POP)
- Planning your visits and client meetings efficiently
- Tracking your activities via the mobile application (daily reports)
- Collaborating with your supervisor to meet and exceed targets
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (required)
- Field sales, representation, or merchandising experience
- Strong results orientation and ability to meet/exceed targets
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Comfortable using technology tools (mobile reporting, digital tracking)
- Access to a smartphone and a computer with Internet
- Excellent command of French
