You design, document, standardize and continuously improve our HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruiting as well as onboarding–internal transfers–offboarding)
You develop and maintain role profiles and responsibilities, embed them in the company and actively drive their transformation
You participate in the selection of our HR management system (HRIS), establish it and help build it out
You prepare and review employment-law documents and ensure deadlines and proper documentation
You professionalize employee communications and make processes clear and usable
You prepare employee and annual review processes
You conceptually develop benefits and manage their operational implementation
You coordinate payroll and payroll accounting and ensure clean interfaces, schedules and data flows
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in HR/personnel management (as a generalist or with a clear focus combined with broad HR-Operations experience)
Proven strengths in building and optimizing processes and in structured implementation
Confident in preparing and reviewing employment-law documents (especially employment contracts)
Experience working with payroll/payroll accounting (understanding of interfaces and reliability with deadlines)
Clear, professional and audience-appropriate communication skills and confident advising of managers and employees
