Role Overview
- Campaigns & Performance Marketing
- Active participation in client projects (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and possibly Programmatic)
- Building and optimizing campaigns, including targeting, creatives, budgets and KPIs
- Analyzing data, deriving insights and preparing small reports
- Strategy & development
- Introduction to data-driven marketing and funnel strategies
- Contributing to testing concepts, audience models and performance optimizations
- Working closely with the ads team, SEO, analytics and data tools/know‑how
- Client & project work
- Participation in coordination meetings / regular status meetings
- Preparing presentations and documenting key learnings
- Supporting the development of strategies and recommendations
Requirements
- Strong interest in online marketing, performance and data
- Enjoys working analytically and values logic as much as creativity
- Finds trends, tools and digital platforms exciting
- Eager to understand advertising through data, audiences and strategies
- Works in a structured way and wants to take responsibility
- Communicative and brings a client-focused perspective
- Ideally has initial experience from studies, internships or personal projects
- Lives in North Rhine‑Westphalia (NRW) or is willing to come to Cologne regularly
