You build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and partners and actively participate in new client acquisition
You lead and coach a team of consultants
You support proposal processes, drive business development activities, and actively contribute to thought leadership on strategic topics
As a project manager, you take ownership of topics that particularly interest you, develop areas of focus, and continuously expand your expertise
Requirements
Many years of relevant professional and project experience, e.g., in (IT) strategy consulting or a similar field
Knowledge of stakeholder and project management, preferably with certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM)
(Several years of) leadership experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)
Demonstrable network and (several years of) experience in project sales, particularly in new client acquisition and in expanding and maintaining client relationships
Strong professional positioning as a thought leader, with the ability to advance client topics through forward-looking insights and contribute to market and business development
A degree in (business) informatics, economics, natural sciences, or a comparable field
