Requirements
Technical background: vocational training, degree or master craftsman qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, building services engineering, or a comparable field
Experience with wireless and network technologies
Hands‑on mentality with strong ownership
Experience collaborating with partners
Willingness to travel (30–80%) & structured approach to back‑office work
Ideally based in the Munich area
Experience in a startup or scale‑up environment (advantageous)
Structured and quality‑oriented working style
Very good German and English language skills
