Role Overview
- Identify and develop relationships with property owners and facility teams
- Build a new book of business targeting executive directors and management companies
- Own marketing qualified leads from handoff through close
- Own and grow a portfolio of accounts through regular on-site visits
- Serve as the primary point of contact and deliver presentations to clients
- Represent Clean Response at trade shows and events
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in business development or client relationship management
- background in restoration, commercial real estate, property management, or senior living/healthcare preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Strong communicator who builds trust and credibility across all levels
- self-starter who is comfortable opening doors and developing relationships from scratch
- Valid driver’s license required
