Payroll and Personnel Analyst

Role Overview

• Perform routines within the Personnel/Payroll department, ensuring organization and compliance of processes.
• Manage hires/onboarding, terminations, vacations and leaves.
• Control and verify payroll, statutory labor charges and benefits.
• Interface with accounting, vendors and payroll systems.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor obligations and legal deadlines.
• Support benefits administration, acting as a point of contact for employees and vendors (e.g., platforms such as Flash).
• Organize, control and update employee documents and records.
• Support management in process improvement and standardization of Personnel/Payroll routines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Accounting or related fields.
• Proven experience with Personnel/Payroll routines.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
• Experience with payroll and/or HR management systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear communication, organizational skills and professional demeanor.
