About this role

Plan and execute the content strategy for social media channels;
Develop the editorial calendar;
Actively participate in recordings, directing shoots and suggesting scenes, framing and formats;
Create scripts for Reels, Shorts, TikTok and corporate videos;
Produce content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube;
Write captions, campaigns and copy aligned with the brand positioning;
Identify trends and adapt them to the company context;
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales and Design teams;
Attend events, meetings and behind-the-scenes to identify content opportunities;
Monitor metrics, analyze results and propose continuous improvements;
Strengthen the brand’s relationship with the digital community.

Proven experience as a Social Media professional or Content Creator;
Excellent written communication skills;
Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Branding and Content Marketing;
Experience with strategic social media planning;
Proficiency in Canva;
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere or similar);
Experience with image editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator or similar);
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics or similar tools;
Comfortable recording, directing shoots and guiding people during content production.
