Market intelligence and qualification of prospective clients (pre-sales focus)
Strategic research: Use intelligence platforms (pre-contracted) to conduct active research and extract lists of companies (leads) that closely align with the company's strategic vision and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
CRM data management: Enter, clean, and enrich extracted data in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and correct lead segmentation so SDRs can begin prospecting.
SDR support: Ensure the Sales Development Representatives' pipeline is continuously fed with high-quality data and an adequate volume of leads.
Analysis and reporting: Extract, consolidate, and present key reports and metrics on prospecting performance, including contacts made, data inputs, completed tasks, and initial qualification results.
Support for tactical sales management.
Meeting participation: Actively contribute to weekly Sales meetings by providing operational insights, presenting pipeline reports, and proposing improvements to prospecting and data-handling processes.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
Preferably experience in marketing companies, consulting firms, or growth-focused organizations.
Experience using and managing data in CRM systems.
