Lead the assessment, design and implementation of scalable, secure data solutions aligned with business needs.
Conduct technical and business interviews with stakeholders to understand challenges, requirements and opportunities.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions to align data solutions with strategic objectives.
Assess existing environments (on-premises or cloud), identifying technical and governance gaps.
Design and recommend data solutions on AWS (Data Lakes, Redshift, Glue, etc.).
Deploy and configure data environments on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Define data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integration strategies.
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating requirements into viable solutions.
Document architectures, technical decisions, and evolution roadmaps.
Guide teams on data engineering best practices, governance, and compliance (GDPR, LGPD, etc.).

Proven experience as a Data Architect in AWS environments.
Strong command of AWS services for analytics and data processing (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.).
Skills in SQL, Python, Spark, and orchestration tools (Airflow, MWAA).
Experience conducting technical assessments and developing improvement proposals.
Ability to lead workshops, interviews, and presentations for clients.
AWS certifications (Data Analytics, Solutions Architect) are a plus.
