Conduct visits to condominiums to present outsourced labor services
Identify and prospect potential new clients within the condominium segment
Establish and maintain relationships with property managers and condominium management companies
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate sales terms
Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its services
Collect client feedback to improve the services offered
Prepare activity reports and visit outcome summaries
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up to date on market trends and competitors

Previous experience acquiring condominiums or working in facilities
Knowledge of outsourced labor services and experience working with condominium managers and management companies
Networking contacts with property managers and condominium administration companies
Sales or negotiation techniques course is desirable
Own car and valid driver's license (CNH), category B
